Purifying waters

tears opening space
for clarity of vision
for new experiences
for aliveness
to be felt anew
they may trickle
they may pour
it might get messy
but what relief
lies on the other side
when allowed to flow freely
unjudged - but fully heard

musing on: can tears be self-care? if not held back when they come. Are unhalted tears self love, because we are accepting all of us? Snoty nose and all? something about experiencing the contrast makes the joy shine brighter + the gratitude for small things deeper. What do you think?

Home is a feeling, a knowing, a process.
Deep down we always knew home was within.
Breathe out into the spirit of place
Draw out sacred space in your dwelling place.
