VISION
In this session:
We explore VISION as a principle of Interior Alchemy - the specific Vision is going to look different for each of us.
Teairra tells us the story of how she came home to her calling as a Doula, and a Womb Wellness practitioner. This vision came after a traumatic birthing experience - she shares how although we do no wish for these experiences we can learn from them and open to new possibilities for ourselves and tell a new story while helping others to do the same.
Teairra had a very clear vision of how she wanted to birth, care for and raise her child, when this was questioned by the hospital because it was not necessarily a choice the staff were familiar with, she was called to stand firm in her vision. We also discuss other ways VISION plays a role in Teairra’s life.

Teairra Cummings is a Maternal Health Expert who focuses on Womb Wellness, for all things flow from the womb. She uses a holistic approach with each individual client on their healing journey to Wholeness. Teairra uses her herbalism knowledge to support clients with plant medicine and herbal remedies. In addition, her training in Reiki allows her to heal energetically on a spiritual level. Teairra is committed to assisting Mamas on their journeys through and into motherhood by offering Doula and Midwifery Services, as well as Placenta Services. Her daily practice is bringing back autonomy to the birth process one birth at a time. Teairra supports clients with Yoni Services including both healing and maintenance. Last but not least she hosts Wellness Retreats for all who need to recharge and reset.
